On Saturday 7 November, 15 young women with African roots take the stage at Tech Gate Vienna and show what they can do. You get a seat, a welcome drink and snacks, live music and dance, and the awards at the end.
Who are the 15 finalists?
- Young women between 18 and 30 with African roots who live in Austria.
- Before the gala they train in six workshops with mentors: identity, public speaking, leadership.
- On 7 November each of them takes the stage with her own talent. That can be music, poetry, fashion or a business idea.

The Talent & Culture Gala
On 7 November 2026 in Vienna, 15 finalists each take the stage with their own talent. That can be music, poetry, fashion, a business idea or a community project.
Community Ambassador
From December 2026 through summer 2027, selected participants continue as AfriVision Community Ambassadors: mentoring, school visits, workshops and community projects. The programme's point is what happens after the stage lights go down.
All 25 participants complete the full programme — 15 finalists present at the gala.

What happens on the night?
Doors open at 17:00 and your welcome drink and snacks are waiting. At 18:00 the show starts. Each of the 15 finalists shows her talent live. That can be music, poetry, fashion or a business idea. In between there is music and dance on stage, and at the end the awards are handed over.
