Programme

A programme, not an evening.

AfriVision runs in three phases across autumn 2026.

  1. Leadership & Empowerment

Six workshops, Thu 22 October 2026 (welcome evening) · Fri 23 + Sat 24 October 2026. Interactive training, not lectures — you work on your own project with mentors. Follow-up sessions continue after the gala.

    The six workshops

    • Identity, Confidence & Personal Growth
    • Storytelling & Personal Branding
    • Communication & Public Speaking
    • Leadership & Community Engagement
    • Career Development & Entrepreneurship
    • Creative & Talent Development
  2. The Talent & Culture Gala

On 7 November 2026 in Vienna. Each participant presents her leadership journey and her talent — music, poetry, visual art, fashion, hair artistry, craft, cuisine, a business pitch, a community project, a technology demo. Talent is defined broadly and deliberately.

  3. Community Ambassador

From December 2026 through summer 2027, selected participants continue as AfriVision Community Ambassadors: mentoring, school visits, workshops and community projects. The programme's point is what happens after the stage lights go down.

All 25 participants complete the full programme — 15 finalists present at the gala.

The intensive workshop programme Thu 22 October 2026 (welcome evening) · Fri 23 + Sat 24 October 2026, the gala on 7 November 2026 — and if you continue as an Ambassador afterwards, as much as you want to give.
